Here you guys go! A GIMP tutorial on how I do a bokeh effect in GIMP. It's hosted on facebook for a bunch of reasons. After reading through some feedback on my last tutorial, I wanted to try another approach to writing up this one and I think everything works out for the better. I like it better on facebook because I can put all the steps as separate images organized in an album and the directions can be easily edited directly online. No one should have trouble reading the text or anything like that this time around! Hopefully reading through it feels like looking through an online manual or something!
