Korra Animation by dCTb Korra Animation by dCTb
I'm about to upload my warmups and I thought this small animation needed to be uploaded separately! :D I really loved the earthbending on LoK, my favorite scene of it being when Korra threatens Tarlokk with two huge chunks of earth!

on Tumblr [link]: ►I think I’m starting to miss my animating days … I haven’t had so much fun animating since the first time I used EasyToon 4 or 5 years ago D:

Anyway, none of this was planned. It was just quick brain vomiting and it somehow ended up looking how I wanted it to!

Korra belongs to Bryan and Mike. I was listening to Vitamin Strings' “Flashing Lights” cover during the entire time I animated this. Animated in GIMP

What I really like about this animation, even though it's rough, one can really feel the weight of her moves; it all feels really smooth. Can't imagine how long this took you, especially to color each frame.

Really impressive! Dang, man!

Ooooh I really dig the double punch that put the crack in the pillar before she kick-upped it at the guy behind her. That's a really neat touch
