Let me first say, I don't make comments; I've probably only done 5 or 6 since I joined the site, but I am officially obsessed with your work, and I wish they were all comic I could hold in my hand and cherish again and again, I sit and look at their faces and at first it looks as if your looking a picture of a real person, simply breathtaking.
As everyone else, I'm in love with Hanna!!!! But then I came across this and got very emotional. There are no real beautiful work of a black/ African American female without a stereotype drawn into her. And unless its fan art, there really isn't any original dark women drawn.
She's not in overly dressed dressed ethnic/ African Tribal clothes, not wearing "club clothes" and a "stank" face with a lip pout. And I appreciate everything about her. I'm African American and I don't walk around like the way most women of color do, I work and shop at the same stores that whites/ Caucasians do. I'm not a stereotype, and its been killing me that none of these great talented artist on this site has drawn a picture of a dark female with out it being...overdone?
I just want to say thank you, and I hope that you can make more of characters like her, and other ethnics too, and dress them in the clothes like everyone else.
I really hope you understand what I'm trying to say lol, and just so much thanks!
