I'm not even sure if it would be considered a real job but Miki always has these bells on her and she would go around the city looking for shop owners who would like a little advertisement to help promote their business. Since she's got a lot of energy and doesn't mind being herself to get attention, this type of work is ideal for her. She considers her job as playtime because it's always fun to do flips and tricks (with a little firebending spectacle) and jingle her bells as a way of getting attention; it's what she does all the time anyway. And her "pay" would be some form of compensation that deals with the shops product (eg. free lunch if she helps promote a restaurant)
As for the clothes, I put her in some variant of the cheongsam. I didn't want to spend too much time designing something so this is real simple. The people she regularly advertises for would like for her to dress in a more appealing way to attract more customers
I keep coming back to this image. It looks as though it was taken from a frame of animation, just because of how light the character is on their feet. There's a real energy about it that evades most of my sketches and nearly all of my finished work. It's nice to see cleaned art with all of its motion intact.
